Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a multi-site retail environment, or an equivalent combination of HR and people leadership experience.
  • •College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation with the ability to apply sound judgement to complex people matters.
  • •Experience partnering with leaders on employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and business results.
  • •Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
