Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead buy-side and sell-side transactions for clients including corporate clients, private equity groups, and commercial lenders.
  • •Plan, execute, direct, and complete financial due diligence for financial and strategic buyers across multiple industries.
  • •Analyze client data to identify key trends, quality-of-earnings adjustments, and net working capital impacts; draft due diligence reports.
  • •Manage engagements across the transaction lifecycle, coordinate other Grant Thornton capabilities, and lead client meetings and calls.
  • •Develop client relationships and drive business development/pursuit activities while meeting sales targets, billing hours, and mentoring staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 10 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice serving cross-industry clients at a national level.

  • •Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC reporting, and transaction advisory services or mergers and acquisitions.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects in a rapidly growing practice.
