•Provide strategic leadership to drive sales and operational excellence across the South UK stores, including market analysis, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
•Develop and present monthly reports to track competitor activities and performance metrics for strategic decision-making.
•Formulate and implement short- and long-term business strategies to maximise sales and drive growth, including in-store promotional events and displays.
•Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to policies, stock management, cash handling, and visual merchandising standards; drive stock replenishment and store safety.
•Foster a high-performance culture by coaching and developing the team, communicating strategic objectives, and coordinating with Beauty Supervisors/Managers to meet sales targets.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in retail leadership or store management, with proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets
•strong business acumen with ability to analyze market trends, competition, and performance metrics
•demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing teams, manage scheduling and leave, and drive team engagement
