Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain safe working practices and respond to production crew needs while developing and implementing process improvements for quality, waste, and productivity.
  • •Investigate causes of process, quality, production efficiency, and high-waste issues, then develop solutions using problem-solving techniques.
  • •Train machine operators on new equipment installations, modifications, and operating procedures; participate in acceptance testing and validation activities.
  • •Maintain standard operating conditions systems and work with supervisors/maintenance to troubleshoot manufacturing problems and develop corrective actions.
  • •Lead vision-system and custom automation work: design/program/configure/debug/document vision systems, execute optical performance testing, and provide troubleshooting support during commissioning and ramp-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial) with 3-5 years of experience.
  • •3–5 years of experience in vision system installation and application.
  • •2–3 years of experience working with technologies including pneumatics, conveyors, sensors, robots, AMRs, vision inspection systems, HMIs, and PLCs.
  • •Prior experience with Allen Bradley or Beckhoff PLC preferred.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving, time management, and computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/SharePoint).
