Job Summary

Build and scale Netflix’s in-house ad technology ecosystem for an ad-supported streaming tier. •Develop and improve the ad-supported tier’s ad tech ecosystem to enhance experiences for members and advertisers.
•Build and operate systems across the Ads organization, including inventory/order management, campaign execution, ad serving, audience and identity management, measurement and reporting, and finance.
•Deliver thoughtful ad experiences that protect advertiser brand safety and ensure appropriate ads for members.
•Lead technical direction by making architectural decisions and influencing partner and cross-functional teams.
•Support key Ads engineering initiatives such as programmatic integrations, media planning solutions, and privacy-safe data collaboration tools (clean rooms).

Key Requirements

•Deep domain experience in one or more areas such as Ad Serving, Ads Identity & Audiences, Ads Creatives, Inventory & Forecasting, Campaign Management, Media Planning, Measurement, Reporting, or Ads Finance.
•General understanding of the advertising marketplace and landscape.
•Experience working with ad operations to enable campaign setup, targeting, reporting, and advertiser needs.
•Developed cloud-based applications using modern, preferably object-oriented programming languages.
•Experience with A/B testing and experimentation and setting technical directions for engineering projects, including making architectural decisions.
