Job Summary

Lead Personal Lines insurance sales and service teams within Huntington Insurance, driving production growth, customer retention, and referral development. Develop producers and service professionals by training, coaching, and directing sales plans, pipeline management, and documentation in the agency management system. Partner with bank leadership and internal stakeholders to promote insurance solutions, strengthen relationships, monitor performance metrics, and improve processes through the Insurance Green Team.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, execute, and grow the Insurance Green Team concierge service to increase awareness, accessibility, and utilization of Personal Lines insurance solutions across the organization.
•Train, coach, and develop producers and service team members using corporate product and sales training programs.
•Direct and monitor producer sales plans, goals, activities, and pipeline management, including proper documentation in the agency management system.
•Partner with bank leadership and internal stakeholders to promote insurance solutions and support prospect inventory development and referral generation opportunities.
•Support cross-sell activities across insurance lines and bank partners, monitor performance metrics and service standards, and implement process improvements and producer succession plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree.
•Property & Casualty Insurance license.
•5+ years Personal Lines insurance experience, including sales, or sales management responsibilities.
•Experience with Agency Management Systems, including Sagitta.
•Strong written and verbal communication, with professionalism, time management, attention to detail, and prioritization.
