Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare communications to appropriate team members and operations leadership.
  • •Coordinate with teams and departments by phone and email on processes, incident resolutions, and service level objectives.
  • •Provide real-time incident management and support to drivers and logistics field teams to maintain route integrity and service levels.
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for Carvana-employed Vehicle Transporters and Advocates.
  • •Document real-time incidents accurately and communicate incident status and resolution plans to Logistics Field Leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • •1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • •1+ years of practical experience in maintenance and/or logistics.
  • •Experience in logistics operations with knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance, including FMCSA and HOS.
  • •Ability to work variable schedules and commute to the Tempe headquarters; strong multitasking, prioritization, and professional communication skills.
