Job Summary

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for the Buffalo-area facility. Prepare and verify shipping documentation, schedule freight with common carriers, and route orders with accurate pickup, delivery, and receiving instructions. Manage loading sequence and product placement, investigate shipping discrepancies, and maintain shipping/receiving records. Work closely with Production, Sales, Inventory, and plant leadership while supporting inventory accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

•Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments with Production, Sales, Inventory, and plant leadership.
•Arrange common-carrier transportation and provide carriers with accurate pickup, delivery, and receiving instructions.
•Prepare, review, and maintain bills of lading, packing lists, shipping records, and related documentation.
•Verify inbound and outbound shipping documents and investigate discrepancies, documenting shortages and damages.
•Support loading/unloading as needed and maintain accurate incoming and outgoing records while ensuring a clean, safe work area.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (ERP, inventory, or transportation-management systems experience preferred).
