Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and mentor technical solutions managers, providing strategic direction and coaching.
•Oversee ads signals enablement to ensure advertisers successfully integrate measurement products and maintain high-quality signals.
•Drive cross-functional technical initiatives to remove obstacles and product constraints impacting revenue growth.
•Execute advanced diagnostic procedures to troubleshoot and resolve client technical challenges while meeting service level targets.
•Identify and implement process and tooling changes to increase team bandwidth, optimize workflows, and scale support models.

Salary: USD 180,200 - 252,300 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years experience in a technical support role or similar.
•3+ years in a people management role leading technical ICs.
•Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystems and signal technologies, including pixel implementation and conversions API setups.
•Experience leveraging AI tools and machine learning workflows to optimize troubleshooting and analyze complex data sets.
•BA/BS degree and experience using data management platforms (e.g., Hex, Tableau, Looker, Sense).
