Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as main technical adviser on site for subcontractors, contractors, and the site team.
  • •Monitor and ensure construction work complies with K&A specifications and QC procedures.
  • •Process and coordinate daily site information including submittals, RFI’s, and shop drawings; forward approvals as required.
  • •Support project managers with client relations, technical clarifications, and organizing third-party inspections.
  • •Prepare and review BOQ item breakdowns, conduct site inspections per approved shop drawings, and provide regular progress reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •8+ years of experience in construction or construction supervision.
  • •8+ years of experience in an engineering function in a contracting company or construction supervision function.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and understanding of international engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
  • •Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English, with strong communication, planning/organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
