Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and continuously refresh understanding of Medicaid and Medicare patients and members to inform enrollment, engagement, and retention.
  • •Own positioning, value propositions, and message architecture as a single source of truth across paid media, brand, care teams, and the AI care advocate.
  • •Lead lifecycle marketing for the patient journey end to end, including welcome, onboarding, after-visit communications, and re-engagement.
  • •Translate product and patient experiences into clear patient language and assets, carrying objections and friction back to the product roadmap.
  • •Lead go-to-market for new patient-facing features and service-line launches, partnering across teams to lift conversion and measure impact.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in product or lifecycle marketing with direct ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for a product or service.
  • •Proven track record turning audience insight into positioning and messaging that measurably improved conversion, activation, or retention.
  • •Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, including audience research, segmentation, and message testing.
  • •Excellent writing and storytelling to make complex ideas simple and write for real people.
  • •Comfort with data and measurement, including funnel metrics, A/B testing, and cohort/retention thinking.
