•Keep informed of new products and services; sales team leaders must continue to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered.
•Recruit, train, and coach the sales team; assist in the search for the best candidates and participate in the interview process; orient new staff to improve performance and sales.
•Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team; establish daily, weekly, or monthly goals and inspire the team to achieve them.
•Prepare Sales Reports; responsible for delivering sales performance and objectives to management.
•Leadership and Communication; motivate, train, and communicate effectively to manage the sales operation and team members.

•University graduates with Official Lebanese Baccalaureate and minimum 5 years of experience in Sales

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate agents and manage performance
•Knowledge of MetLife products and services; ability to recruit and interview candidates during hiring cycles
