Key Responsibilities

•Lead assigned warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and quality control of merchandise, and coordinate equipment maintenance.
•Ensure health and safety compliance and manage physical inventory and storage-area planning, coordination, and execution.
•Maintain inventory controls by minimizing materials damage and ensuring order accuracy.
•Assist customers with will-call orders and ensure timely, accurate, efficient delivery of materials while communicating with customers to maximize service levels.
•Train warehouse staff, including training new stockers on safe and correct job performance, and ensure equipment is clean, operable, safe, and DOT compliant.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Demonstrated knowledge of the construction industry and building materials; 1–3 years of experience preferred.
