Key Responsibilities

•Manage routine LOA management workflow, ensuring data accuracy per payroll cycle and troubleshooting leave-request/payroll deduction discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
•Perform pay audits and leave pay calculations, validating paid/unpaid leave, salary continuation, deductions, offsets, corrections, and maintaining clear documentation.
•Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis on LOA data and investigate anomalies to identify root causes and trends.
•Develop regular LOA reports and dashboards for HR leaders, managers, and executives, and present insights tailored to non-technical audiences.
•Partner with payroll and other stakeholders and liaise with tech teams to improve HRIS functionality and support LOA-related workflows (e.g., offboarding, reasonable accommodation).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 50 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in LOA administration, benefits operations, payroll operations, or HR operations with hands-on leave workflow management.
•Ability to perform pay audits and leave-related calculations accurately, resolving discrepancies with strong attention to detail.
•Experience managing leave data governance, data cleaning, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness per payroll cycle.
•Proven problem-solving skills to identify process gaps or operational issues and take initiative to resolve them.
