Deliver an exceptional, personalized in-store customer experience by engaging consumers, creating a high-energy store environment, and using in-store tools and technology to drive sales. Consistently meet sales targets and grow additional sales to achieve store profitability. Support visual merchandising, housekeeping, stock room organization, and accurate receiving/sending and ticketing processes, while following health and safety standards and collaborating with store leadership to spot sales opportunities.
