Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand requirements and guide effective ERP (S/4HANA) usage.
  • •Design and implement solutions leveraging S/4HANA to enhance workstream processes aligned to the RTX operating model and best practices.
  • •Support creation and execution of test scenarios/scripts, and help ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
  • •Support cutover and hypercare activities, including migration from legacy systems to the Corporate Enterprise Hub environment and post go-live performance.
  • •Provide sustainment support for SAP treasury functionality and help troubleshoot bank payment file processing and integration failures.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years, or 14 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP systems configuration, data management, and reporting, including FI-GL, FI-BL, FI-AA, reporting/profit center accounting, Trading Platform Integration, and Market Rates Management.
  • •Experience supporting SAP integrations for Treasury Operations, including treasury applications such as SWIFT, Finastra, FXall, CoProcess, and Reuters (and other custom treasury applications).
  • •Background supporting finance processes including Treasury, Intercompany, G/L, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Period Close & Consolidation, Project Accounting, and related areas.
  • •Ability to support complex ERP transformation and sustainment workstreams, ideally including SAP S/4HANA implementation in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
