Job Summary

Support RTX’s SAP S/4HANA Record-to-Report (R2R) treasury capabilities across build, testing, cutover, and sustainment phases for the Corporate Enterprise Hub. Collaborate with business, digital, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into SAP solutions, document configurations and process flows, and deliver functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and workflows. Provide end-user sustainment support and troubleshoot bank payment processing and inbound/outbound integration issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand requirements and guide effective ERP (S/4HANA) usage.
•Design and implement solutions leveraging S/4HANA to enhance workstream processes aligned to the RTX operating model and best practices.
•Support creation and execution of test scenarios/scripts, and help ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
•Support cutover and hypercare activities, including migration from legacy systems to the Corporate Enterprise Hub environment and post go-live performance.
•Provide sustainment support for SAP treasury functionality and help troubleshoot bank payment file processing and integration failures.

Key Requirements

•University degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years, or 14 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
•Hands-on experience with SAP systems configuration, data management, and reporting, including FI-GL, FI-BL, FI-AA, reporting/profit center accounting, Trading Platform Integration, and Market Rates Management.
•Experience supporting SAP integrations for Treasury Operations, including treasury applications such as SWIFT, Finastra, FXall, CoProcess, and Reuters (and other custom treasury applications).
•Background supporting finance processes including Treasury, Intercompany, G/L, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Period Close & Consolidation, Project Accounting, and related areas.
•Ability to support complex ERP transformation and sustainment workstreams, ideally including SAP S/4HANA implementation in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
