Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administration and client service support to internal Client Managers and Client Executives, helping them meet clients’ insurance and risk needs.
  • •Engage directly with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to answer questions, collect information, and keep them informed about their insurance arrangements.
  • •Support the full insurance policy lifecycle, including gathering information and pricing/terms from insurers, preparing and updating client documentation and reports, and issuing Certificates of Currency and other policy documents.
  • •Maintain accurate client records by updating details, policy information and correspondence in our systems.
  • •Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a coordinated service to clients.
