Join the store team as a casual Sales Associate and act as a brand ambassador who drives sales and delivers exceptional customer service. •Provide exemplary customer service by answering queries and adapting your approach to customers’ personalities, loves, and needs.
•Confidently learn and share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
•Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
•Support store operations, including assisting with deliveries, merchandising and shop-floor standards, and handling till transactions (returns and exchanges).
