Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage plant operations to stay within the projected budget and align with plant objectives.
  • •Establish, maintain, and improve the management system; lead corrective and preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Coordinate human and material resources to ensure equipment performance and compliance with safety regulations.
  • •Oversee daily warehouse and manufacturing performance, including logistics flow optimization, production quality, and sales, purchasing, inventory, and safety activities.
  • •Monitor and review KPIs (e.g., OEE/TRS, production cost, scrap rate, on-time delivery, and workplace accident metrics), participate in audits, and implement corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Engineering.
  • •At least 8 years of experience in operational project management, ideally in an industrial setting.
  • •5 years of oversight experience, including performance evaluation and supervision of others’ activities.
  • •Knowledge of operational principles and practical experience with project management.
  • •Fluency in English.
