Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor engineering teams delivering distributed microservices and full-stack systems for regulatory and business needs.
  • •Build and enhance internal tools, platforms, and AI-powered workflows to accelerate software delivery (including Claude Code integrations and skills marketplaces).
  • •Improve engineering productivity, code quality, and developer experience through developer tooling.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver scalable AWS cloud solutions used by millions of Americans.
  • •Provide technical leadership across Agile teams by setting standards for system design, operational excellence, and a you build it, you own it ownership culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,400 - 204,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
  • •Experience coding with more than two of: Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
  • •Experience with database and database management systems, including AWS/GCP/Azure or related cloud technologies.
