Job Summary

Lead analytical and execution workstreams behind the Group’s most strategic capital and growth decisions. Partner with the CFO office and ExCom to translate complex questions into deal architecture, valuation models, and decision-ready investment recommendations across capital allocation, portfolio optimization, new market entry, and M&A/JV transactions. Own governance deliverables, synthesize due diligence into investment theses and risk registers, and coach teams on modeling and analytical discipline.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare ExCom, CFO, and Board materials on capital deployment, portfolio performance, M&A opportunities, and strategic initiatives, structuring pre-reads, discussion notes, and decision memos.
•Support M&A/JV/divestment/partnership transactions end-to-end, architecting deal structures and building integrated valuation models (DCF, SOTP, comps) to support negotiations and investment theses.
•Structure market entry analyses for new geographies, categories, and brand opportunities using market sizing and unit economics; develop entry-mode frameworks and recommend optimal structures.
•Run capital allocation and portfolio optimization using risk-adjusted returns, leading reviews of ROIC, economic profit, growth trajectories, capital intensity, and cost of capital (WACC).
•Embed CFD perspectives into the 3-Year Strategic Plan and annual budgets, challenge investment submissions, and run scenario/stress testing to quantify macro/FX/operational sensitivities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (Master’s, MBA, CFA, or ACA/CA strongly preferred).
•5–8 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking (M&A/Transaction Services), or top-tier Strategy Consulting, ideally in consumer/retail/luxury and emerging markets.
•Track record of leading transactions or strategic projects end-to-end, including deal structuring, valuation, and executive-level communication.
•Deep fluency in valuation methodologies, deal mechanics, capital structure, and value creation frameworks.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or Looker is an advantage.
