Key Responsibilities

  • •Start each shift prepared with proper supplies and PPE for patient care.
  • •Use a modern technology platform to access your schedule and commute to each patient’s home.
  • •Build patient rapport while collecting relevant information and performing preventative/diagnostic services.
  • •Provide services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs in a comfortable manner.
  • •Label collected samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to operate autonomously with a focus on exceptional quality.

  • •Meet state-required licensure and/or proof of training, including national certification where required.
  • •Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle insurance, and ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds).
