Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver theoretical and hands-on training classes on advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment at the Treviso Global Technical Learning Center.
  • •Collaborate with the global technical training team to develop, implement, and maintain training and certification programs.
  • •Support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of training lab equipment and tools at the local site.
  • •Deliver technical training in-house and at customer sites, including specialized/customized courses and occasional off-shift or weekend training as required.
  • •Lead and coordinate multiple projects, partner with Technical Publications/Product Business Groups to improve documentation, and coach/mentor other instructors.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Technical university degree.
  • •Deep technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment to deliver product-specific training.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain complex technical and sensitive information to others.
  • •Ability to solve complex technical and instructional challenges independently with minimal guidance.
  • •Experience supporting installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities (including training lab equipment).
