Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the operational strategy and operating model for custody operations aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead the transition from batch processing to real-time exception management to meet compressed settlement timelines (including T+1 targets).
  • •Oversee custody operations execution: securities settlements, corporate actions, income collection, proxy voting, and global account reconciliation.
  • •Ensure safekeeping controls and position keeping, including omnibus/segregated account structures and asset segregation, and manage settlement fails/penalty exposure.
  • •Lead a global team and manage sub-custodian network and third-party oversight, including due diligence, governance, performance, budgets, KPIs/SLAs, and client escalations.
