Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and direct construction and related activities, ensuring compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • •Oversee and document day-to-day jobsite activities, including OSHA/HSSE safety compliance and creation of a safety and environmental culture.
  • •Supervise MDR craft personnel and support resources to complete work to schedule, budget, and specifications; ensure lower-tier supervisors are trained in safety and procedures.
  • •Coordinate subcontractor and CB&I arrangements for site access; monitor construction work hours and prepare weekly progress reports with project controls.
  • •Review subcontracts and purchase orders for scope and contract compliance; manage subcontractor meetings, change proposals, and closeout (utilities transfer, training, punch list).

  • •7 to 10 years of construction experience with 5+ years of supervisory experience.
