Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake instalment control activities according to defined processes to ensure prompt premium payment and achieve agreed KPIs.
  • •Ensure instalment and operational activities are adhered to within regulatory requirements.
  • •Handle internal and external customer queries efficiently and professionally, including written and telephonic service.
  • •Accurately complete and maintain manual reports using Excel and provide ad-hoc information to the business.
  • •Maintain policy/procedures, workflow, and archived records for audit and statutory requirements; coordinate with offshore and onshore teams and escalate issues promptly.
