Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with RevOps to turn manual, spreadsheet-heavy comp process steps into small agents, scripts, and workflows.
  • •Support monthly and quarterly comp cycles by pulling data, reconciling, tracking discrepancies, and keeping documentation current.
  • •Help run quarterly target-setting by collecting inputs, formatting target packages, tracking approvals, and maintaining timelines.
  • •Assist with new-hire guarantees, crediting exceptions, and manager comp questions as you build judgment.
  • •Maintain weekly and monthly forecast roll-ups and pipeline dashboards, and prepare first-pass analysis for QBRs under senior direction.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfortable using AI tools daily (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, n8n, Replit, or similar) and excited to direct them to do real work.
  • •0–3 years of experience in an analytical, operational, or cross-functional business role (revenue operations, sales operations, finance, business/product operations, or similar).
  • •Willingness to learn SQL well enough to draft queries with AI assistance and sanity-check results against source data.
  • •Strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort with ambiguous, spreadsheet-heavy problems.
  • •High attention to detail and clear, professional communication while coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Legal.
