Key Responsibilities

  • •Qualify sales leads from a technical standpoint by understanding customer requirements and providing relevant technical information.
  • •Act as the primary technical resource during sales calls, answering inquiries and educating customers on features, specifications, functionality, and integration possibilities.
  • •Demonstrate proficiency in networking applications and solutions, communicating the value proposition of Fortinet products and services.
  • •Serve as the main technical contact for assigned accounts post-sale, coordinating with technical support and engineering to resolve customer technical issues.
  • •Provide post-sales training and ongoing assistance so customers can effectively utilize Fortinet solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
  • •5–7 years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration with a strong understanding of networking technologies.
  • •Strong knowledge of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, firewall, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES.
  • •Experience as a sales professional with a deep understanding of the technology business sector.
  • •Strong presentation skills and familiarity with encryption and authentication technologies.
