Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to drive store targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience at the Manawa Bay Factory Outlet. •Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve store targets and deliver an optimal consumer experience through staff productivity and active selling.

•Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate shop floor replenishment.
•Train and coach the team to refine service skills and build foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
•Coordinate inventory processing to ensure efficient stockroom procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
