Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Engineers (4–10) to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions across clients and projects.
  • •Own design, development, automation, and maintenance of large-scale enterprise ETL and data integration pipelines.
  • •Lead Agile team operations, including goal setting, sprint planning, capacity management, work allocation, and retrospectives.
  • •Partner with analytics teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
  • •Define and enforce engineering best practices, data quality controls, and security/compliance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in Data Engineering with strong expertise in data architecture, data modeling, database design, and scalable data solutions.
  • •Advanced SQL skills, including performance tuning and large-scale data processing; deep hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
  • •Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL pipelines and data integration frameworks.
  • •Prior people management experience is preferred; ability to coach, performance-manage and develop team members.
  • •Experience with Databricks, Spark, or modern cloud-based data platforms; openness to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
