Job Summary

Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and enterprise data solutions that power client engagements across Test & Learn and other Services products. Drive end-to-end delivery, ensure data quality and security, and collaborate with analytics, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Engineers (4–10) to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions across clients and projects.
•Own design, development, automation, and maintenance of large-scale enterprise ETL and data integration pipelines.
•Lead Agile team operations, including goal setting, sprint planning, capacity management, work allocation, and retrospectives.
•Partner with analytics teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
•Define and enforce engineering best practices, data quality controls, and security/compliance standards.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in Data Engineering with strong expertise in data architecture, data modeling, database design, and scalable data solutions.
•Advanced SQL skills, including performance tuning and large-scale data processing; deep hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
•Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL pipelines and data integration frameworks.
•Prior people management experience is preferred; ability to coach, performance-manage and develop team members.
•Experience with Databricks, Spark, or modern cloud-based data platforms; openness to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
