Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Act as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, with typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; Technical School or formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with hand-held computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or preventable collisions) in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding work safely, including climbing ladders and routine lifting/moving of equipment.
