Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently to transport eggs as directed.
  • •Conduct pre-trip inspections and report issues to the Supervisor to ensure equipment reliability.
  • •Maintain product quality and integrity during loading, transit, and unloading.
  • •Communicate effectively with associates, maintenance staff, growers, and supervisors about farm conditions and delivery status.
  • •Follow housekeeping schedules and wear required PPE; contribute to a safe, cooperative work environment.
