Job Summary

Join the Workday Success Plans team to deliver targeted micro consulting engagements, guidance, and configuration support for Workday customers. You’ll help customers adopt Workday features, present demonstrations, and collaborate to identify optimization opportunities across HR/Finance implementations while traveling up to 20% to engage with clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a range of services to Workday Success Plans customers, including small-scope consulting, configuration guidance, and demonstrations.
•Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
•Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements and optimize deployments.
•Clearly communicate responses and value to customers and create effective customer presentations on Workday features.
•Travel up to 20% to support deployments and customer engagements.
•Maintain Workday expertise and stay up to date with industry practices and roadmap developments.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of IT implementation experience
•3+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards)
•2+ years of software consulting experience
•Based in Madrid with business-level fluency in Spanish (and/or other listed languages)
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
