Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain robot uptime and reliability across daily protocol runs to ensure peak efficiency.
  • •Diagnose and resolve operational issues onsite using SOPs, playbooks, and system intuition.
  • •Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear, structured incident reports including relevant metadata.
  • •Monitor system health proactively using dashboards and alerting tools to prevent production failures.
  • •Perform routine calibration checks and preventive maintenance, and document incidents and resolutions to build a site knowledge base.

Key Requirements
