Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the owner of plant-level Quality Management System execution, ensuring procedures, controls, and standards are applied across manufacturing sites.
•Drive process discipline and adherence to standard work, implementing in-process quality controls and improving process capability (Cp/Cpk), scrap reduction, and First Pass Prime performance.
•Own customer complaint and non-conformance processes, leading root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and feedback loops into plant operations.
•Lead site-level problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured RCA; focus on defect elimination, waste reduction, and variation control.
•Provide leadership for HSE and Security programs, integrating HSE controls into daily plant operations, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance.
