Job Summary

Provide technical direction for the ARA production process and serve as the process owner to deliver safety, health, environment, quality, and production performance. Analyze process operations to optimize capacity and troubleshoot issues, support predictive/preventive programs, manage change control documentation, review batch records, and lead nonconformance investigations. Ensure SHEQ compliance, participate in HAZOP and safety reviews, and generate KPI reporting aligned to Manufex processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical direction for a defined portion of the ARA production process and share responsibility for department performance in safety, health, environment, quality, and production.
•Observe and analyze process operations to identify optimization opportunities; assist with predictive and preventative programs and lead process troubleshooting.
•Develop proposals to optimize production capacity/capability and manage small capital projects as needed.
•Follow change control processes and ensure completion of change control documentation (e.g., P&ID CAD drawings, red lines, PSM, SOPS, ISO) for process changes.
•Implement SHEQ policy compliance; participate in and lead investigations of safety/environmental incidents (including root cause analysis and corrective actions) and HAZOP/pre-startup safety reviews.

Salary: USD 87,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS in Engineering (or related technical discipline) required; Masters Degree preferred.
•5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably with chemicals, fermentation, or biological processes.
•Knowledge of production processes and relevant manufacturing excellence processes (e.g., Asset Utilization and Operate Plant Normal).
•Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental practices (e.g., PHA and RCA) and ability to implement SHEQ compliance.
•Must be able to independently manage process optimization and support shift, weekend, and holiday schedules as required.
