  • •Develop and maintain responsible relationships with assigned union(s).
  • •Develop and maintain working partnerships with key work group senior leadership.
  • •Ensure company compliance with labor agreement rules and regulations and applicable laws; administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements.
  • •Manage disputes and negotiate resolutions between union representatives and management, including grievance handling up to arbitration.
  • •Provide lead support to labor staff and deliver prompt, effective labor-related support to management across corporate departments, including labor relations training programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in relevant studies such as Industrial Relations, or equivalent experience/training.
  • •7 years of experience in Labor Relations, or operational leadership of frontline team members at an airline.
  • •Previous collective bargaining agreement and negotiations experience.
  • •Experience as a company representative or System Board member during arbitration, litigation, and/or government hearings.
  • •Ability and willingness to travel, as necessary.
