Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily walkthroughs of automation areas, including part containment on set-ups, equipment condition, and clear walkways.
  • •Check email daily and molding grid daily for mold change schedule; check JDE system daily for scheduled PMs.
  • •Stop equipment according to the molding pit stop schedule and perform preventative maintenance duties on all equipment.
  • •Conduct mold change set-ups and part containment, plus troubleshoot and repair bailer issues and size change equipment.
  • •Repair offline and online automation equipment including robots, and maintain/install/fabricate guards and safety devices while following ISO/SQF and plant safety policies.
