Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise assigned staff for Hydrolic Workover (HWO) PSL within a Natural Work Area (NWA) and manage delivery of PSL services and products.
•Lead multi-shift HWO projects and technically demanding well intervention projects, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules.
•Mentor employees to enhance competency and conduct performance evaluations under FSQC guidance.
•Champions Process Improvement Initiatives (PII) within the NWA and promotes HSE standards in the field.
•Assist in implementation of new technology and provide technical expertise and customer solutions.
•Communicate effectively with team and customers to ensure service quality and environmental consciousness.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading and supervising staff in hydrocarbon well intervention services, with a strong understanding of HWO PSL and site safety requirements.
•Ability to mentor and develop staff to achieve excellence in service quality and HSE performance, including conducting performance evaluations.
•Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives (PII) and implementing new technology within field operations.
•Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members, and to promote safety and environmental consciousness.
•Strong knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods and processes.
