•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and tailored cross-sell/upsell recommendations.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and stockroom organization.

Key Requirements

•Luxury retail background and social media/clienteling skills, including live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
