Registered Nurse

Own patient relationships and deliver longitudinal, high-touch care as part of the clinic team. Evaluate acutely ill patients via in-person and phone triage, take vital signs and histories, and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Educate patients on chronic conditions, coordinate routine screenings, manage prior authorizations and referrals, and support in-office procedures including phlebotomy, vaccines, and injections. Work onsite at the Starbase clinic during weekdays.
