Health & Safety Superintendent

Lead health and safety performance across WA mining operations from the Huntly site, implementing safety management systems and critical risk controls. Partner with senior leaders to strengthen safety culture, drive continuous improvement using trend analysis and governance reviews, and lead audits, investigations, and change management. You’ll also maintain emergency preparedness for the Huntly Emergency Services Department and mentor H&S professionals, providing strategic advice and stepping in as needed as the Health & Safety Manager.
