Job Summary

Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior business leaders, translating business priorities into practical people strategies. Lead workforce planning, organizational design, leadership capability, talent management, and change initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness and the employee experience. Partner with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver integrated talent solutions, leverage workforce data and business insights for decision-making, and continuously improve HR’s operating model using AI-enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and provide strategic advice on workforce, organizational, and leadership priorities.
•Translate business strategies into practical people plans to enable business performance and long-term organizational success.
•Coach, influence, and challenge leaders on organizational, talent, and workforce decisions.
•Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership development discussions, including performance management and employee development support.
•Leverage workforce data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in HR delivery and the employee experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 115,000 - 140,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience with senior business leaders.
•Experience building trusted relationships and influencing leaders using sound judgement, business acumen, and a consultative approach.
•Experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives.
•Strong analytical capabilities leveraging workforce data and business insights to influence decision-making.
