Job Summary

Partner with Commercial sales leaders and frontline managers to diagnose performance gaps and shape GTM enablement strategy for your assigned North America region/segment. Own the end-to-end enablement plan and calendar, designing and delivering measurable training programs that improve sales behaviors, product adoption, and revenue outcomes. Use data from tools like Gong and Salesforce to identify trends, coach managers, and refine enablement initiatives through KPIs and continuous feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Commercial sales and GTM leaders to understand objectives, priorities, and performance targets.
•Translate strategic objectives into quarterly enablement plans addressing skill, process, and execution gaps.
•Analyze sales tech stack data (e.g., Gong, Salesforce) to identify trends and inform targeted enablement interventions.
•Design, deliver, and measure enablement programs and sessions (workshops, deal clinics, role plays) focused on core sales skills and methodologies.
•Coach frontline managers and act as a feedback loop to Enablement, Product, and GTM Operations using KPIs and rep/manager feedback.

Key Requirements

•Basic Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
•8+ years experience in Mid-Market Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, or Sales Leadership delivering training (virtually or in person) to large groups.
•Experience with COMM sales motions and methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) and operationalizing them through enablement programs.
•Experience influencing Sales leaders and driving behavior change through enablement programs.
•Experience with enablement platform technologies including LMS (e.g., Seismic) and the ability to analyze performance data to identify gaps.
