Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deliver ML models and components to solve real-world business problems with Product and Data Science teams.
  • •Inform ML infrastructure decisions (model choice, data/feature selection, training, hyperparameter tuning, bias/variance, validation).
  • •Write and test application code, develop and validate ML models, and automate tests and deployment.
  • •Retrain, maintain, and monitor models in production to ensure performance over time.
  • •Develop cloud-based architectures and construct optimized data pipelines, using CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and governance aligned with Responsible and Explainable AI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,400 - 245,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).
  • •4+ years programming with Python, Java, Golang, or C++.
  • •4+ years of Machine Learning experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow and libraries including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • •4+ years operating large-scale distributed systems (Spark, Ray) to prepare AI/ML data.
  • •2+ years deploying and operating ML solutions in production using AWS, GCP, Azure and Kubernetes for large-scale containerized ML systems.
