Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop new business opportunities, including sourcing venues, partners, and collaborators for new event concepts
  • •Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations, securing optimal terms and building long-term partnerships with strategic venues
  • •Ensure the financial and operational feasibility of our events by analyzing and reporting on key metrics
  • •Drive revenue growth by optimizing ticket sales strategies and identifying opportunities to expand event reach
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure successful event launches and smooth operations

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business development, partnerships, or similar roles (this role is not primarily suited for traditional event planners)
  • •German on a native level as well as fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • •Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build meaningful partnerships: you’re not afraid of picking up the phone and pitching to potential new partners
  • •Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive multiple workstreams to successful completion
  • •Resilient and results-driven, able to perform under pressure, take ownership, and manage several high-impact projects in parallel
