Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical project supervision and guidance for high-voltage infrastructure projects, managing performance, client satisfaction, QA/QC, safety, and schedule adherence.
  • •Lead and oversee cross-functional teams delivering power distribution and utility engineering projects, including design and construction deliverables.
  • •Manage multiple concurrent projects, including budgets, schedule, cost control, resource allocation, and margin/risk analysis.
  • •Develop and maintain project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, resource plans, and WBS aligned with EPC delivery models.
  • •Coordinate stakeholder engagement and reporting, including proposal/RFP support, contract negotiations, change management, claims mitigation, and closeout activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • •7+ years managing projects in power distribution, transmission & distribution (T&D), or utility engineering environments.
  • •Proven experience delivering feeder, distribution line, or grid modernization projects.
  • •Familiarity with NERC, IEEE standards, NEC codes, and utility regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience with EPC project delivery, capital programs, and infrastructure projects within the energy sector.
