Define the technical perception stack and the metrics, latency budgets, and field-testing regimes that gate releases. Lead requirements for perception data pipelines and safe perception failure-mode validation, collaborating closely with sensing and compute teams to deliver user-oriented, executable roadmaps tied to real customer value.
