•Own architectural scope for assigned data center sites: envelope, code compliance, and life safety from review through closeout.
•Review architectural packages for constructability and conformance to the reference design.
•Drive permitting and AHJ coordination for architectural and life-safety scope to avoid schedule gating.
•Resolve field architectural issues including envelope details, firestopping, and egress conflicts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 204,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Have experience in architectural engineering or architecture on industrial or mission-critical projects.
•Know building code and life safety at the chapter-and-section level.
•Have run AHJ relationships and achieved approvals for nonstandard designs.
•Catch envelope details that could leak or fail before they are built.
•Bonus experience: Licensed architect, data center projects, modular envelope systems, or code consulting background.
