Lead and scale a team of AI-native graduates for the AI Builder program, combining people leadership with technical coaching and consulting mentorship. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a cohort of Emerging Talent AI Builders, including 1:1s, performance reviews, career development planning, and compensation management.
•Coach graduates on translating tech into business value, including active listening, discovery sessions, presentation skills, and handling customer pushback.
•Provide technical leadership for agentic reasoning, prompt engineering, and tool calls, ensuring outputs are evaluated with engineering rigor and supporting secure, scalable agentic solutions.
•Drive enablement for the Grad Builder Program, including continuous upskilling experimentation and feeding learnings back into broader upskilling initiatives.
•Oversee project matching/bench management and build, track, and optimize a 12-to-24 month competency matrix; partner with university recruiting to interview, assess, and attract top CS talent.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical discipline.
•5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or a highly technical customer-facing role.
•1+ years of experience managing technical teams, acting as a tech lead, or mentoring early-career engineers/consultants.
•Proficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java, plus familiarity with React and REST APIs/GraphQL and software engineering best practices (OOP, SOLID, Git).
•Practical hands-on experience or deep familiarity with generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.
